ECVET - Application to mobility projects

What documentation should you arrange to plan your training period abroad?
1. Possible application form with the letter of motivation
2. Training programmes carried out in your school and undersigned by your School Manager; any certifications attesting the competences and the outcomes earned till then
3. Your CV (Europass) with possible certificates and qualifications
4. Further certificates ( Language Passport, ECDL).

Before your departure check out that the sending organization has appropriately arranged the whole documentation!! Remember also to get a copy of it!! ( Learning Agreement, MoU, Europass Mobility and/or other certificates).

Before your departure you should provide to the sending organization the declaration with the responsibility assumption undersigned by you and/or your family!!
