ECVET - Application to mobility projects

The training is provided by public and private organisations.

The qualification is set out by employers, trade unions and representatives by vocational training organizations. Each sector is represented by a Knowledge Centre. Thereby the social partners play an important role. It has been legally established that the employers, the employees and the training organisations are involved in the description of the qualifications. They consult on these matters within the Centres of Expertise (cf. diagram 'Development process'). The basis for a qualification file is an occupational profile which is then submitted to an independent body but checked by the Ministry for the final approval.
