ECVET - Application to mobility projects

The activities performed by the user and the coordinator are linked to specific functions.
The functions closely related to the user's activities are:
- informative: providing useful information in the different sojourn phases; they change according as they concern the internship or the training period
- counselling: being able to appropriately relate to the coordinators who perform different tasks in the sending and/or host organisations; using all counselling services and instruments
- products/documents elaboration: properly filling in the documentation and providing the copies

The functions closely related to the coordinator's activities are:
- organization/logistics: arranging the placement process abroad by making attention to all logistical aspects
- didactics/training: writing the student's training plan
- counselling: arranging counselling, guidance services and instruments designed to support the user during the sojourn abroad
- evaluation/certification/validation: arranging the instruments designed to evaluate the student during the period abroad as well as at the end of it. The validation aims at confirming the effectiveness of the instruments employed and the activities carried out during the training period. The certification represents the document which certifies the outcomes achieved.
