ECVET - Application to mobility projects

The Inspectors by the Ministry of Education monitors the system quality. The internship and the apprenticeship quality is evaluated by the Ministry of Labour's inspectors.

In the higher education system a National Evaluation Committee (AERES) was established: it is an independent authority responsible for examining and assessing the training provided by the universities, the schools and the training centres.

The quality is guaranteed by applying the following criteria:
- coherence with the social and economic needs: the setting out of qualifications requires a qualitative and quantitative analysis which is performed by specific institutions as CEREQ in order to verify the real qualification's impact
- coherence between the standards and the assessment procedures.
