The coordinator of the sending organisation should:
1. get the formal approval by school boards
2. search the host partner according to the users' EQF level and the students' typology
3. in coordination with the host partner, check whether a MoU has been drawn up and eventually write it
4. involve the class committees
5. write a Learning Agreement in coordination with the host organisation. The Agreement should take into account the students' typology
6. find out the funding: all-depending by families, paid by both the sending and host organisations, public grant (European, national and regional programmes)
7. write the call for proposal by setting out transparent criteria
8. design the training activity in coordination with the host partner. The coordinator should take into account of
a. the language used during the lessons
b. the objectives of the training programmes carried out in both the sending and host organisations
c. the courses carried out by both bodies
d. the period
e. the learning outcomes achieved by an average student in the sending organisation
f. the pre-requirements
g. the common modules/units (not only the title but the contents - KSC)
h. the assessment procedures and possible credits to be allocated.
After the selection a personalised path should be set out. It should fit together the student's competences with the training offer provided by the host organisation.
Both the objectives and the map of the training itinerary are susceptible to modification on the basis of the student's rhythm of learning or unforeseen events due to particular host organization's requirements.
