In the initial training active teaching methods (target-based and project-based) are applied.

Play-based approaches are increasingly used in continuing vocational training for adults. They allow to overcome blocks of various kinds, to address situations from a fresh perspective and to devise solutions; in particular the distance training and e-learning are used.
