ECVET - Application to mobility projects

The coordinator of the host organisation is in charge of:
- putting in touch the trainee with the supervisor who will attend to him/her during the internship
- accompanying the trainee on the first day
- informing the trainee in case he/she has to go on his/her own to the workplace.

The company supervisor is in charge of:
- providing information on the workplace, the trainee's tasks, the company's equipment
- introducing the trainee to the other staff members
- informing on safety regulations and how to act in emergency situations
- informing on privacy regulations and company data/processes protection
- describing the organization chart
- informing on working hours, times for meals and breaks.

The company supervisor deals also with the documentation provided by the sending organisation ( letter of introduction, trainee's profile - original copy, other documents as the Joint Report, the Internship Agreement, the insurance)
