During the training period abroad the following people are involved in organising the training activity:
- the school manager or a delegate
- the teachers
- the coordinator of the host organisation and/or the supervisor.

1. On the student's arrival the school manager or a delegate should:
a. convene a meeting with the teachers and the supervisor to implement the Training Agreement agreed on with the sending organisation
b. arrange all administrative matters functional to organise the training period (for example, putting the student's name in the class register, giving the permission to use additional services, possibility to adjust the training programme, giving the permission to do additional tests)
c. arrange assessment meetings

2. the teachers should:
a. organize their work in order to facilitate the student's integration even with the cooperation of the classmates; it's necessary to promote the student's participation at the social life as well as his/her educational growth
b. be willing to provide technical clarifications about their own subject
c. in the event of gap in a subject, provide further lessons
d. be clear in assigning a task
e. apply transparent assessment procedures
f. perform assessment procedures

3. the coordinator and/or supervisor should:
a. check the compliance of the training objectives with the student's outcomes
b. be involved to suggest possible adjustments
c. inform the student on counselling services and activities.
