ECVET - Application to mobility projects

The work placement is a part of every vocational training course. The regional training organizations and the companies provide lots of internships opportunities; it's also possible to carry out the internship within the school through simulation games. There are three specific aspects to be taken into account. Firstly, during the work placement the participants can know and go through a real working environment. Secondly, the students can know the specific social culture, the rules, the standards and the working principles.
Thirdly, the participants can gain a great deal of 'hidden knowledge': they learn the tricks of the trade, the 'clever' solutions and 'practical theories' that experienced professionals have developed for themselves.
